   KL4.5LM LED mining Light (headlamp) is a new type of environmental-friendly lamp, which is adopted the most advanced CREE 3W LED made by CREE Company and lithium batteries. KL4.5LM miner's lamp got flameproof certificate ratified by National Coal Mining Machinery Quality Supervision and Testing Center.

3. Usage

4. Specification

      1. 1 pc 3W high power CREE LED ( imported) as main light soruce + 6 pcs small power LED as anxiliary light source.
      2. 1pc 3W high power CREE LED can work more than 18 hours and 6 pcs small power LED can work more than 40 hours.
      3. Main light source and anxiliary light source work independently. If the main light source is broken, the anxiliary light source will open automatically. (Note: when the battery has no power left, change main light source into anxiliary light source so the lamp will work for long time.

            1. Press once, LED dispay shows code sequence (production information).
            2. Press twice, show time
            3. Press the third time, show battery power
         2. Light control key instruction
            1. Press once, it is main light
            2. Press twice, it is anxiliary light.
         3. Charger interface
            1. Firstly, connect the charger with lamp. Secondly, connect the charger with power supply AC100-240V.
            2. When charging starts, LED display shows charging status. When 4 grid 0000 isn't pulsation, it means the charging has finished.
         4. Time adjustments
            1. When press clock function key twice, the LED display shows time information.
            2. At the time, press clock function key for long time (4 seconds), LED display time number will flash.
            3. Then press light control key, it can adjunct hour. Per pressing light control key one time, the hour number will add one (hour). When confirm hour, press clock function key. Then adjust minute and second.
